Infinite Visibility Group ("we," "us," or "our") operates infinitevisibilitygroup.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy covers the Site and our internal software that accesses Google Ads data through the Google Ads API. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you subscribe to our newsletter or submit a form on the Site, we collect the information you enter, such as your name and email address. If you leave a comment, we collect the content of the comment and the details you provide with it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Share Information

Google Ads Data
Infinite Visibility Group is developing internal software that uses the Google Ads API to support staff keyword research, campaign management, and reporting for accounts it works on.
Information accessed. When authorized staff connect a Google account, the software uses authorization credentials issued by Google. Depending on the request and the connected account's permissions, information accessed may include account identifiers and settings, account relationships, campaigns, ads, keywords, and advertising performance reports. Research requests may include proposed keywords and targeting settings. Access remains subject to Google's API restrictions.
How we use information. We use this information for authorized account research, management, reporting, and maintenance of the integration. Some functionality remains under development.
Storage and sharing. Authorization credentials are stored on the workstation used for the integration with restricted file permissions. Connections to Google's API are encrypted in transit. Authorized staff can review results, and relevant reports and operational records may be stored in our workspaces and documentation systems. Service providers supporting our work, including automation and AI services when used, may process relevant requests and results. We limit sharing to information needed for those services, except where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell Google Ads data.
Retention and choices. We retain authorization credentials and account information only as needed for the services described here or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can revoke the software's access through your Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future authorized access but does not automatically delete information already retained.
To request disconnection, deletion of credentials, or review or deletion of retained information, contact hello@infinitevisibilitygroup.com. We will review requests together with applicable retention obligations.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for core functionality, analytics, and embedded features such as social sharing buttons. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; some features of the Site may not function properly without them.
Email Communications
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future marketing emails; we may retain a record of your address to honor your opt-out.
Data Retention
We keep the information described in this policy only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
